BKS-NABARD Study “Farm Loan Waivers in India”

The report titled “Farm Loan Waivers in India: Assessing Impact and Looking Ahead” was released on 22nd April 2022 by Chairman, NABARD. The study was facilitated by Bharat Krishak Samaj, was conducted in Maharashtra, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. It traces the FLWs and assesses the impact on state governments, financial institutions and farmers.
