Overview
The National Level Farmers’ Convention of Bharat Krishak Samaj was held in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh,
from 11th to 13th November 2025.

The annual national-level meeting provided a platform for farmers’ representatives, experts, and stakeholders to deliberate on the prevailing agrarian situation in India, emerging challenges in the agricultural sector, and issues related to ongoing trade negotiations.

The convention also discussed key suggestions and concerns that were subsequently shared with the Hon’ble Finance Minister for consideration in the Union Budget 2026, reflecting farmers’ priorities, livelihood concerns, and long-term sustainability of Indian agriculture.
